ensure a smooth experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your
order. By shopping on SkinBunny.lk, you agree to the terms below.
General Policy
• All sales are final — orders placed through SkinBunny.lk are non-refundable.
• Please read product descriptions and ingredient details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product, a faulty item, or the wrong product:
1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number, name (as on invoice), and photos of the item.
3. The product must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an alternative solution. Our Customer Care
team will get back to you within 1 working day with instructions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition you received it.
• It must be unopened, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

must be handed over to the courier in the original packaging.
Missing Items
If your order is missing an item:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Share photos of the items received and the invoice, along with your order number.
• We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not covered under this policy:
• Skin Reactions or Allergies → Please review product details and ingredients carefully
before purchase. Always patch test first.
• Product Ineffectiveness → Skincare results vary; outcomes mentioned in product
descriptions are not guaranteed.
• Dislike of Product/Fragrance/Color → Preferences may differ, and exact shades can
vary slightly from photos.
• Mistaken Purchase → Orders placed incorrectly cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Order Cancellation
• Card / Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery Orders:
o We usually hand over packages to the courier within 1 working day.
o Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please inform us immediately if
you wish to cancel.
Delivery Delays
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
• If dispatch is delayed by more than 3 working days, you will be eligible for a full
refund.
